Five Uses for Clementine Olive Oil

One of our favorite pastimes at The Olive Press is finding new ways to use our products. One of our favorites this time of year is Clementine Olive Oil, it’s wonderfully bright and packed with sweet citrusy pop, perfect for summer cooking, and even on ice cream!
Here are 5 ways we’re just crazy about using Clementine Olive Oil:
Like I said, put it on ice cream! I’m not kidding, I know it must sound like nothing you’ve ever tried before, but it’s amazing. Showcase it on a simple vanilla or chocolate to add a sweet, creamy, zesty flavor to your summer treat.
This is the perfect component to a light, bright summer vinaigrette. Just whisk this with some White Balsamic Vinegar and even add a touch of honey if you so desire. Drizzle this on a summer spinach salad with sliced fruits, nuts, and goat cheese – yum!

Toss this into a sauté of fresh veggies from the garden like green beans or summer squash with garlic and thyme for a simple, sweet veggie dish.
Drizzle over salmon or chicken before roasting. Keep it simple or whisk the oil with rice vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic for a quick orange chicken! Serve with sautéed summer produce over rice and dinner's ready!
