Carolyn Pendry’s Won Bok Salad Dressing

This is a recipe passed down from one of my Aunties in Hawaii. Delish and everyone loves it!
- 1 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup vinegar (I used Japanese vinegar)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until smooth.
