Koroneiki is an olive cultivar that originated in Greece and is primarily used in olive oil production. The Koroneiki fruit is small and produces high quality oil. This fruit tends to ripen early and its yields are high and constant. The Koroneiki tree is fast growing and will grow up to 12-15 feet. This tree is quite hardy in nature, performs particularly well in warmer climates, tolerates a variety of soils, and is even drought resistant! Our Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil is of medium intensity with buttery and nutty tastes and an herbal aroma. This luxurious oil has notes of mustard greens and finishes with just a touch of bitterness! This oil is fantastic for cooking because of its buttery qualities that will add a depth of flavor to your recipes!
