The Olive Press is thrilled to announce they have been selected as one of the 193 winners of the 2017 Good Food Awards. With over 2,000 entrants in 14 categories, The Olive Press' Jalapeno Olive Oil took home a big win.
The Good Food Awards is known for its involvement with artisanal producers, who create high quality products. The companies that participated created vibrant, delicious, sustainable local food, with standards of environmentally sound agriculture practices, transparency and responsible relationships throughout the supply chain.
The winners were announced Friday, January 20, 2017 at a Gala Awards Ceremony at San Francisco War Memorial & Performing Arts Center in California. A reception followed featuring opening remarks by Alice Waters, chef, author, food activist, and the founder and owner of Chez Panisse Restaurant in Berkeley, California.
The Olive Press is honored to have been named a winner in this fantastic competition for three years in a running!
