Pamper, Protect, and Revitalize with Olive Oil & Skin-Healthy Foods

It’s thought that two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil a day can provide the benefits of heart protection, as well. And natural beauty experts recommend that you not only consume olive oil, but apply it directly to the skin!

An article in the Olive Oil Times recommends applying olive oil to the skin after sun exposure, as it may protect against damage from the sunlight’s harsh UV rays.
