The Olive Press staff had the pleasure of going through a sensory training on professional olive oil tasting with Nancy Ash, a tasting panel member of the California Olive Oil Council (COOC). Sniffing, sipping and slurping olive oil has never been so fun or educational! Come by The Olive Press for a truly professional tasting experience!
