Three Martini Recipes Featuring Locally-Produced Olive Juice

Posted by Olivia on Friday, March 25th, 2011

Olives aren’t just good for making oil; they also make delicious juice. Did somebody say “dirty martini?”

When our own “Olive Queen,” Deborah Rogers was asked by Sonoma Syrup Co where to find the best olives, she knew just where to send them, and the result…. a handcrafted olive juice made with 100% locally-sourced olives. Bust out the shakers and toothpicks, because we are ready to celebrate this news.

Enjoy three Martini recipes to get your olive juices flowing. From the classic to toe experimental, we think you’ll enjoy trying out your new olive juice—shaken or stirred; that’s entirely up to you.
