Ingredients


1 head butter lettuce or romaine lettuce, chopped

1 red onion, chopped

1 cup kalamata olives, whole and halved

1 bell pepper, chopped

3 cups cherry tomatoes, whole and halved

1 large cucumber, chopped

1 cup feta cheese, cubed

6 Tbsp Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp dried oregano

1 lemon, juiced

Ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation


STEP 1
In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, onion, olives, bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese.

STEP 2
Whisk together the Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil, dried oregano, lemon juice and black pepper.

STEP 3
Pour the dressing over the salad, toss and serve.
