Classic Italian Crusted Tilapia

Made with our brand new Classic Italian Spice Blend, this crusted tilapia is flavorful, light, delicious, and best of all... easy! Serve this over a bed of greens along with a glass of white wine and you have dinner!

Made with these products from The Olive Press:

  • 4 Tilapia filets, cut into smaller bite sized chunks
  • Rosemary or herb crackers, preferably flatbread, or bread crumbs
  • Classic Italian Spice Blend
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, we chose Arbequina
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 375º
  2. Chop your crackers in a food processor to make bread crumbs. We used stale rosemary flatbread. Add 2 tablespoons Classic Italian Spice Blend, or desired ratio of spice to bread crumb. Arrange your bread crumb mixture on a plate.
  3. Pour 2-3 tablespoons olive oil into a bowl big enough to dunk the fish pieces.
  4. Apply salt and pepper directly to the fish pieces. To season each piece, coat in olive oil, then coat each piece in your bread crumb mixture.
  5. Arrange onto a baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
