Mandarin Crunch Granola

On yogurt, with fruit or on it's own, we have created your new favorite snack!

Made with these products from The Olive Press:

  • 1/3 cup The Olive Press Mandarin Olive Oil
  • 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 cups coconut chips
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp salt

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all dry ingredients
  3. Add olive oil and maple syrup and mix well
  4. Spread mixture evenly on baking sheets
  5. Bake for 20-30 min or until coconut chips are golden brown

Serves: Makes approximately 7 cups
