Roasted Lemon Parmesan Cauliflower

Cheesy, crunchy and loaded with fresh herbs, this side dish or appetizer is sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Made with these products from The Olive Press:

  • 1/3 cup The Olive Press Limonato Olive Oil
  • 1 Head of Cauliflower
  • 2 Tablespoons Freshly Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Freshly Chopped Thyme
  • 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/3-1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

  1. Chop cauliflower into bite size florets and place in skillet
  2. Toss with The Olive Press Limonato Olive Oil
  3. Cover and cook on medium heat until lightly browned – stirring occasionally, about 10-15 minutes
  4. Add parsley, thyme and garlic and cook for 5 more minutes – stirring occasionally
  5. While still over heat, add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and cauliflower is coated
  6. Serve while hot and Enjoy
