Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic Olive Oil

Fresh Garlic Olive Oil


Makes 4-6 Servings

  • 1 pound Angel Hair Pasta
  • 1/2 cup The Olive Press Garlic Olive Oil
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Step 1

  • Bring a large pot of cold water to a boil over high heat, then salt it generously. Add the pasta and cook. Stirring occasionally until al dente, tender but not mushy, about 6 minutes.

Step 2

  • While the pasta cooks, combine the garlic olive oil and red pepper flakes in a serving bowl

Step 3

  • Drain the pasta in a colander set in the sink, reserving about a ¼ cup of the cooking water. Add the pasta and reserved water to the Garlic olive oil. Mix well.
  • Add the parsley. Serve topped with grated cheese, if desired.
