Avocado Toast With Feta & Radish

Ingredients


1 loaf ciabatta bread (or any other preferred loaf)

2 tablespoon of Master Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 garlic cloves

1 avocado, sliced

2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled

1 lemon

1-2 radishes, sliced

Salt & pepper to taste

Microgreens to garnish

Preparation


Step 1

Slice and toast your ciabatta bread

Step 2

Once bread is toasted take your peeled garlic clove and rub it on toasted bread. It should release garlicky aroma. 

Step 3

Slice and spread avocado on your toast until evenly covering the bread. 

Step 4

Slice radishes and top avocado toast with 3-4 slices each

Step 5

Crumble feta cheese over the top of each avocado toast. 

Step 6

Drizzle with a generous amount of Master Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Step 7 

Top with microgreens, a squeeze of lemon, and salt and pepper to taste.
