Simple HumBaked Brie Bread Bowl With Roasted Garlic

Fresh Garlic Olive Oil


  • 2 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1 whole garlic bulb
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 round loaf of sourdough bread
  • 1 round (8oz) Brie cheese
  • French Baguette
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Fresh grapes


  • Remove outer skin from garlic, cut off the top of the bulb, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with minced rosemary.
  • Wrap seasoned garlic in heavy-duty foil, then bake at 425°F for 30-35 minutes or until softened.
  • Cut the top fourth off round bread loaf. Carefully hollow out the loaf and place cheese round inside.
  • Remove garlic from the oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes. Reduce oven heat to 375°F.
  • Squeeze softened garlic into a bowl and mash with a fork. Spread the garlic over the cheese, then replace the bread top.
  • Brush outside of loaf with remaining oil, wrap in heavy-duty foil and bake for 45-50 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm with sliced baguette, grapes, and strawberries. Enjoy!
