          2 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
1 whole garlic bulb
1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary
1 round loaf of sourdough bread
1 round (8oz) Brie cheese
French Baguette
Fresh Strawberries
Fresh grapes
 STEP 1
Remove outer skin from garlic, cut off the top of the bulb, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with minced rosemary. 
 STEP 2
Wrap seasoned garlic in heavy-duty foil, then bake at 425°F for 30-35 minutes or until softened. 
 STEP 3
Cut the top fourth off round bread loaf. Carefully hollow out the loaf and place cheese round inside. 
 STEP 4
Remove garlic from the oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes. Reduce oven heat to 375°F. 
 STEP 5
Squeeze softened garlic into a bowl and mash with a fork. Spread the garlic over the cheese, then replace the bread top. 
 STEP 6
Brush outside of loaf with remaining oil, wrap in heavy-duty foil and bake for 45-50 minutes or until cheese is melted. 
 STEP 7
Serve warm with sliced baguette, grapes, and strawberries. Enjoy!
