White Balsamic Vinegar
Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp White Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Arbequina EVOO
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with chopped veggies, pita, or chips, and enjoy!
