
Ingredients
1 head of green cabbage, sliced
1/4 cup Master Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 lemon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees, and set aside
Slice off the bottom root portion of the cabbage and clice the remainder of the cabbage into 1 inch slices. Place sliced cabbage onto the baking sheet.
In a separate bowl mix together olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika, brush over one side of the cabbage, then flip and make sure to coat the other side.
Bake the cabbage for 25 minutes or until edges are crispy and inside portion of the cabbage is tender. At the 15 minute mark, rotate your pan 180 degrees for an even cook.
Remove cabbage from the oven and squeeze lemon on top. Serve warm and enjoy!
