Servings: 3-4 servings
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
5-6 medium size sweet potatoes
¼ cup Chive Olive Oil
Fresh Chives for garnish
1.Preheat over to 450. In a bowl mix spices and salt.
2.Wash the sweet potatoes then slice in wedges. Toss the wedges in a large bowl and mix in the spices and chive olive oil.
3.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, places the wedges in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes until browned.
4.Garnish with fresh chopped chives and serve with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
