Chopped Greek Salad

Enjoy this refreshing and crisp Greek salad any time of the year!

Make this salad your own by adding in other ingredients such as garbanzo beans or avocado. Serve with a side of grilled pita bread, kabobs or any other Mediterranean dish!

Made with these products from The Olive Press:


  • 1 head butter lettuce or romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup kalamata olives, whole and halved
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes, whole and halved
  • 1 large cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, cubed
  • 6 Tbsp Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Ground black pepper, to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, onion, olives, bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese.
  2. Whisk together the Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil, dried oregano, lemon juice and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss and serve.
