Enjoy this refreshing and crisp Greek salad any time of the year!
Make this salad your own by adding in other ingredients such as garbanzo beans or avocado. Serve with a side of grilled pita bread, kabobs or any other Mediterranean dish!
Made with these products from The Olive Press:
- 1 head butter lettuce or romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 cup kalamata olives, whole and halved
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes, whole and halved
- 1 large cucumber, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, cubed
- 6 Tbsp Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, onion, olives, bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese.
- Whisk together the Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil, dried oregano, lemon juice and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, toss and serve.
