Coconut Balsamic Grilled Pineapple

Coconut Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Coconut Balsamic Vinegar
1 fresh pineapple
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions:
Cut fresh pineapple into rings.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon
until combined on a plate or in a shallow bowl.
Dip each pineapple piece in a
cinnamon-sugar mixture and coat evenly on both sides.
Place coated pineapple on the grill
over medium heat and cook on both sides until grill marks are present.
Remove pineapple, drizzle
generously with Coconut Balsamic. Serve warm and enjoy!
