Coconut Balsamic Grilled Pineapple

Coconut Balsamic Vinegar


  • 1/4 cup Coconut Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar


  • Cut fresh pineapple into rings.
  • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon until combined on a plate or in a shallow bowl.
  • Dip each pineapple piece in a cinnamon-sugar mixture and coat evenly on both sides.
  • Place coated pineapple on the grill over medium heat and cook on both sides until grill marks are present.
  • Remove pineapple, drizzle generously with Coconut Balsamic. Serve warm and enjoy!
