1/4 cup White Balsamic Vinegar
1 fresh pineapple
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
STEP 1
Cut fresh pineapple into rings.
STEP 2
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon until combined on a plate or in a shallow bowl.
STEP 3
Dip each pineapple piece in a cinnamon-sugar mixture and coat evenly on both sides.
STEP 4
Place coated pineapple on the grill over medium heat and cook on both sides until grill marks are present.
STEP 4
Remove pineapple, drizzle generously with White Balsamic. Serve warm and enjoy!
