Ingredients
Cocktail
1/2 cup Jacuzzi Sparkling Brut Rosé
1/2 ounce Cranberry balsamic vinegar
1/4 ounce cranberry, rosemary simple syrup
4 sugared cranberries
1 rosemary sprig
Rosemary/Cranberry Simple Syrup
1/2 cup sugar plus 2 tbsp for cranberries
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cranberries
4 sprigs rosemary
Preparation
Rosemary/Cranberry Simple Syrup
Place 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, and rosemary in a small pot over high heat.
Stir until the sugar dissolves, and then remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes.
Once cooled, add 1/2 cup cranberries, and allow to sit for an additional 30 minutes at room temperature.
Strain simple syrup into a bowl or bottle.
Separate the cranberries to a bowl and toss them with the remaining 2 tbsp. of sugar.
Take rosemary sprigs and remove leaves from the bottom half of the sprig.
Skewer cranberries onto the bottom half of sprig and use as garnish for cocktail.
Cranberry Balsamic Spritz
Pour prosecco into flute or whichever glass you prefer.
Add 1/2 ounce of cranberry balsamic
Add 1/4 ounce of rosemary/cranberry simple syrup
Garnish with rosemary cranberry sprig
