Cream Cheese Stuffed Mandarin French Toast with Peach Compote

Peach Balsamic Vinegar

Mandarin Olive Oil


  • 2 tbsp Peach Balsamic
  • 1/4 cup Mandarin Olive Oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 10-12 slices of bread
  • 8oz of whipped cream cheese
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 peach, skinned, pitted, and chopped


  • Whisk milk and eggs together.
  • Mix cream cheese, 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp Mandarin Olive Oil.
  • On each slice of bread, spread cream cheese mixture on one side, sandwich two slices together.
  • Pour Mandarin Olive Oil into a skillet over medium heat.
  • Dip the sandwiches into the egg mixture, coating each side.
  • Place coated sandwich in skillet, cook and flip until both sides are golden brown.
  • In a small saucepan, combine peaches, water and 3 tbsp sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • When the peaches begin to soften and break down, add Peach Balsamic and cook for another 5-10minutes.
  • Drizzle peach compote over cooked french toast.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
