Feta Cheese & Cherry Tomato Pasta

Italian Blend EVOO

Servings: 6

  • 2 cups of uncooked pasta
  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes
  • 8-ounce block of feta cheese block
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup of Italian Blend EVOO
  • Salt to taste
  • Classic Italian Spice to your liking
  • Fresh Basil chopped for topping

1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. In an oven-safe dish place cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves set feta cheese in the middle of the dish. Pour EVOO, season with salt pepper. Sprinkle the Classic Italian Spice to your liking.

2. Bake for 35-40 mins until tomatoes are bursting and feta is golden on top.

3. In the meantime, cook the pasta as packaging instructs. Drain and set aside.

4. Remove dish from oven and mash the tomatoes, feta cheese, and garlic. Toss the pasta in and mix until well combined. Garnish with chopped basil and enjoy!
