Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates

Fig Balsamic Vinegar


  • 2 Tablespoons Fig Balsamic
  • 16 Dates
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese
  • 1 Lemon (for zesting)


  • Slice dates length wise on one side to create an opening, remove the pit
  • Using a small spoon or piping bag, stuff a small abount of goat cheese into the cavity of the date
  • Sprinkle with lemon zest and drizzle generously with Fig Balsamic
  • ENJOY!
