Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tbsp Jalapeño Co-Milled Olive Oil

1/4 cup Caramelized Onion Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the over to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Step 2

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with Jalapeño Co-milled Olive Oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine the flour and panko breadcrumbs. Dredge each cauliflower floret in the mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks. Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 4

Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cauliflower is golden crispy.

Step 5

While the cauliflower bakes, reduce the Caramelized Onion Balsamic Vinegar, in a small saucepan over low heat, bring it to a gentle boil then remove from heat.

Step 6

Once cauliflower "wings" are crispy and golden, drizzle or toss them in the balsamic glaze. Serve immediately and enjoy!
