Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds of fresh green beans
2 green onions
Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
3 tbsp of Lemon Ginger Balsamic
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a pot bring water to a boil then add the green beans. Blanch for 2 to 3 minutes until vibrant. Then transfer to ice water. Drain and pat dry.
Step 2
Blend the remaining ingredients to make a dressing. Pour dressing over green beans and mix well and serve!
