On yogurt, with fruit, or on its own, we have created your new favorite snack!
Made with these products from The Olive Press:
- 1/3 cup The Olive Press Mandarin Olive Oil
- 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup finely chopped hazelnuts
- 2 cups coconut chips
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all dry ingredients.
- Add Mandarin Olive Oil and maple syrup and mix well.
- Spread mixture evenly on baking sheets.
- Bake for 20-30 min or until coconut chips are golden brown.
