Made with these products from The Olive Press:
Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Mediterranean EVOO
- 2-3 tbsp Blackberry balsamic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 10 oz. spinach or greens mix
- 6 oz. blackberries
- 1 pear, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups cantaloupe, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds
Whisk together EVOO and Blackberry Balsamic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Add spinach and toppings to a large bowl. Toss to mix
Drizzle with vinaigrette, toss, and enjoy!
