Roasted Lemon Parmesan Cauliflower

Limonato Olive Oil


  • 1/3 cup Limonato Olive Oil
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese


  • Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place in skillet.
  • Toss florets with Limonato Olive Oil.
  • Cover and cook on medium heat until lightly browned stirring occasionally for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Add parsley, thyme, and garlic. Cook for 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and stir until cheese is melted and cauliflower is coated.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
