A salty Summer treat!
Made with these products from The Olive Press:
Sevillano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Sevillano EVOO
- 2-3 heirloom tomatoes
- Handful of basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Carefully cut heirloom tomatoes into 1/4-inch slices.
Drizzle Sevillano Olive Oil generously over plated tomatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with basil and enjoy!
