Salted Heirloom Tomatoes

A salty Summer treat!

Made with these products from The Olive Press:

Sevillano Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  • 2 Tablespoons Sevillano EVOO
  • 2-3 heirloom tomatoes
  • Handful of basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Carefully cut heirloom tomatoes into 1/4-inch slices.
  • Drizzle Sevillano Olive Oil generously over plated tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with basil and enjoy!
