Sriracha Hot Chili

Mission Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  • 7 Tbsp Sriracha Spice Blend
  • 3 Tbsp Mission EVOO
  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Lemon wedges


  • In a bowl, whisk olive oil, honey, Sriracha Spice Blend, garlic, and salt until well combined.
  • Brush mixture generously on corn.
  • Grill on medium heat for about 10 minutes, rotating the corn and brushing with additional Sriracha-Honey Butter until slightly charred on all sides.
  • Serve warm with a squeeze of lemon juice if desired and enjoy!
