Sriracha Hot Chili
Mission Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 7 Tbsp Sriracha Spice Blend
- 3 Tbsp Mission EVOO
- 4 ears of corn
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Lemon wedges
In a bowl, whisk olive oil, honey, Sriracha Spice Blend, garlic, and salt until well combined.
Brush mixture generously on corn.
Grill on medium heat for about 10 minutes, rotating the corn and brushing with additional Sriracha-Honey Butter until slightly charred on all sides.
Serve warm with a squeeze of lemon juice if desired and enjoy!
