2 pounds of sliced watermelon
1-2 tablespoons of White Balsamic Vinegar
3 tablespoons of Master Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 sprig of Basil
6 ounces of feta cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
On a large platter, arrange the watermelon, drizzle with vinegar, and season with salt.
Crumble the feta over the watermelon, drizzle with Master Blend EVOO, and season with pepper.
Tear basil leaves over the watermelon and feta. Enjoy!
