This small batch extra virgin olive oil is harvested from 125 year-old Mission olive trees in the beautiful Capay Valley of Northern California. They have never seen a pesticide or an herbicide, nor a petroleum based fertilizer. These trees are majestic in their stature, as well as their representation of a pure heritage product. This oil is magnificent, perfect as the base of a flavorful salad dressing, as dipping oil married with herbs, and as a marinade.
