Our award-winning olive oil is created from Tuscan olive trees imported from Italy and planted by Ed Stolman in Glen Ellen, California. Ed Stolman, founder of The Olive Press, was a great man with amazing vision and was known for his relentless pursuit of quality. We are honored to carry on his tradition. Each December the olives are hand-harvested and pressed on the same day. This fruity, pungent extra virgin olive oil is unfiltered for maximum flavor and quality.   • A robust, lively olive oil made with Tuscan olives, Lunigiana is one of our most complex and bold oils. It is spicy, rich and tingles on the back of the throat-a sign of its potent antioxidants. Because of its unique olive aroma and robust flavor profile, one of the best uses of Lunigiana is drizzling or finishing a dish. It works wonderfully in minimally-dressed pasta dishes, accentuated by just fresh herbs and fresh cheese or dipping oils and sauces that need not be cooked at all - or finishing a grilled steak.
