Our award-winning olive oil is created from Tuscan olive trees imported from Italy and planted by Ed Stolman in Glen Ellen, California. Ed Stolman, founder of The Olive Press, was a great man with amazing vision and was known for his relentless pursuit of quality. We are honored to carry on his tradition. Each December the olives are hand-harvested and pressed on the same day. This fruity, pungent extra virgin olive oil is unfiltered for maximum flavor and quality.
