Visitation Policy

We are pleased to announce our Sonoma and Napa locations are open. This will be the first step in a phased and measured reopening of our hospitality programs and grounds. We will be following all safety and sanitation guidelines established by Sonoma & Napa County and the State of California, including social distancing and face mask requirements.

CURRENT HOURS
Sonoma location is open to the public from Thursday to Monday from 11 am to 5 pm.

Oxbow Napa is open daily from 11am - 5pm

Face mask and social distancing is required and monitored.

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED FOR TASTINGS
Tastings and seated experiences are available at this time only by appointment at our Sonoma location, with last reservation set for 4 pm. Click here to book your experience. We will not be able to accommodate guests for these experiences without an appointment. Maximum guest count is 8 people and no outside food or picnicking is permitted at this time.

POLICY FOR YOUR BOOKED VISIT
A host will welcome you at our check-in station and take your temperature with a touch-less thermometer. Should your temperature be over 100 degrees, you will not be permitted onsite. All tastings will be outdoor until further notice.

For the safety of our visitors and staff, please wear your face mask as you exit your vehicle. You may remove your mask once tasting begins and for the duration of the tasting with your party. Please follow directions from your host to comply to all policies during your visit.

Please note we will continue to modify our policies based on guidelines established by State and County over the next several weeks.

We reserve the right to refuse access or service to any customer who (1) displays any symptoms consistent with COVID-19; (2) fails to comply with our social distancing protocols; (3) fails to wear a face mask.

TASTING EXPERIENCES:
To abide by current County regulation, our tasting options will be limited to the experiences offered under our reservation page.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS
To ensure safety of our staff and patrons, we are implementing the following measures:

  • Social distancing: staff and customers are required to abide by 6’ social distancing guideline. Face mask is required to access property and until guest is begin tasting experience; it is always required indoor or when proper social distancing cannot be honored.
  • Temperature checks will be performed by staff members with a touch-less thermometer upon arrival. Should your temperature be over 100 degrees, you will not be permitted onsite.
  • Gloves are used for any food preparation and handling of disposable items
  • Outside food and beverage are not allowed. No picnicking.
  • We have food pairing options available for your purchase to add on to your tasting experience.
  • All furniture has been rearranged to ensure proper distancing
  • All tables, chairs and high-contact surfaces are sanitized between groups
  • Disposable single-use menu with pre-selected flight is provided to each group
  • Sanitizer is available to staff and guests during their visit
  • Common areas like restrooms, railings, door handles, and other high-contact areas are cleaned and sanitized throughout the day.
  • Health-check protocol before start of shift has been implemented and rigorous hand-washing procedures have been established for all staff.
