Using a hand-held mixer mix together the heavy cream and powdered sugar until the cream starts to become more stiff.
When the cream starts to create "peaks", slowly start adding mixing in the Limonato Olive Oil.
The olive oil will start to emulsify with the protien from the cream, and you're left with the creamiest and tastiest olive oil whipped cream.
Use it to top this olive oil cake, a holiday pie, or eat it straight from the bowl!
